Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. Here is exactly what is collected, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and the message itself. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. Legal basis: your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify's servers record standard request data, including your IP address, for security and to operate the service. Netlify holds this under its own privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Analytics (optional). If analytics is enabled on this site, nothing loads until you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, Google Analytics sets a cookie and records page views with your IP address anonymised. You can decline, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
What we do not do
- No advertising or marketing trackers, no social-media pixels, no fingerprinting.
- Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts, so no font request leaves your browser to a third party.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Where the data goes
Form submissions are stored by Netlify and emailed to hiten@kodelogik.in (Google Workspace). Both providers may process data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless an engagement follows.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with similar rules, you can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to our processing of it. Email hiten@kodelogik.in and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date.
